YOGA
RETREAT IN GOA
The truest reason why you turn to yoga for wellbeing is
part of one's innermost spiritual desire. Many of us are
not aware of the existence of such a desire. What gives
us the push in this direction is a very superficial requirement
such as physical fitness or stress management. A proper
course of training definitely results in unbelievable physical
and mental fitness, but what is necessary to state here
is that the emphasis on fitness is seldom the prime motive
behind a yoga practice. No matter how seriously you are
looking for fitness, deep within your mind you are searching
for awareness. I wish to put you through a journey from
consciousness to super-consciousness where physical fitness
is merely a side-effect.
Every spiritually matured mind craves for the understanding
of the self but under present-day conditions, many people
do not have the time to completely devote themselves to
the search of their inner self. However busy such a person's
life, one's mind is never free from spiritual contemplation.
The retreat is meant for any person who has a persistent
thirst, but has no time or direction. The programme is designed
to provide maximum learning and practice opportunity in
a short span of time. Apart from short-duration retreats
the ashram offers unlimited learning opportunities with
the most correct environment and guidance for long-term
seekers.
The retreat wishes to eliminate all of your mundane, day-to-day
worries and to provide maximum advantage of this short period
of training. Thus the complete program of the retreat is
offered as a package.
The maximum capicity for the retreats is 10.
